Has Someone Established a 529 College Savings Account for the ABLE account owner or a Member of the account owner’s Family?

The term “member of the family,” for 529 account rollovers, is broader than the term as used for ABLE 529A account rollovers and includes, for example: parents and stepparents, brothers and sisters, stepbrothers and stepsisters, and children. 26 US Code 529(c)(3)(C)(i)(III), referencing definition in 26 US Code 152(d)(2)(A) through (G).
